Eligibility
Criteria:
Each applicant
1.
Should be M.A/M.Sc.
or equivalent
2.
Should be age less
than 57years on the closing date for the submission of applications.
3.
Should have Punjab
domicile
4.
Should be
·
a civil servant,
include those form APUG, Federal Directorate of Education (FDE). Government of Punjab,
working in BS-9/20 and above.
OR
·
An employee of public
sector organization, including higher institution, in BS-19/20 and above.
5.
Should have at
least 08-year non-teaching or managerial or administration experience.
Those
candidates who have already served as chairman, board of intermediate and
secondary education for 05 year or more, including the period as additional
charge of the position, are not eligible to apply.
Tenure and Pay:
Tenure: the term of appointment will be for a period of three
years or till the superannuation of the officer, whichever is earlier.
PAY: A special allowance “CHAIRMAN BISE ALLOWANCE” is one
equal of higher pay, in addition pay and allowances, as are admissible in
his/her own pay and scale.
Term
